What are you going to do?

• Install and assemble machinery, making sure all parts fit and are level.
• Maintain and repair equipment, replacing worn parts and fixing issues so machines run smoothly.
• Check alignment and performance, using tools to make sure everything is running efficiently.
• Collaborate with your team, working alongside engineers and operators to solve problems and keep projects on track.
• Learn and grow on the job, picking up new skills with guidance from experienced colleagues.
• Follow safety procedures, because protecting yourself and your teammates is our top priority.

Where are you going to work?

Our client is a well-established engineering and industrial maintenance company with over 120 employees. They specialize in industrial machinery, factory installations, and mechanical maintenance for clients across the Netherlands, including food processing, manufacturing, and energy sectors.

Their team is made up of engineers, millwrights, fitters, and technicians who work closely together to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions. They also pride themselves on welcoming international talent, particularly from South Africa.

What are you taking with you?

• A Red Seal certification in Millwright
• Previous experience as a Millwright is appreciated
• Under 30 years of age
• Good communication skills in Afrikaans and English, and a willingness to learn Dutch
